Stewed tea egg

Ingredients:

5g tea leaves
1 egg
30g rock sugar
some dried longan

Method:
  • Rinse tea leaves with water before soaking in250ml of water for 10 minutes.
  • Strain for tea and pour into a stewing mug. Break in egg (do not beat the egg yolk) and add in rinsed rock sugar and some dried longan.
  • Place stewing mug into a stewing pot and stew over medium heat for 1 hour 30 minutes. Serve.
