Potato egg salad

Ingredients:

4 eggs
2 potatoes
some Chinese chives
6tbsp mayonnaise
some mustard

Seasonings:

pinch of salt
1/4tsp black pepper

Method:
  • Boil eggs, shell and cut into pieces. Boil potatoes, peel and cut into pieces. Rinse chives and chop finely.
  • Mix mayonnaise and mustard into potatoes. Add in Seasonings and mix evenly before dishing out. Arrange eggs around potatoes and scatter chives on top. Serve.
