Sweet and Sour Sauce

Ingredients:

1 cup water
½ cup white vinegar
½ cup sugar
3 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp chicken stock powder
1 tbsp cornflour

Method:

• Mix the ingredients in a small saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer until thickened.
