lemon squash

Ingredients:

4 fresh lemons
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp fresh lemon zest
4 cups iced water, grated

Method:
  1. Wash and halve lemons. Extract juice and set aside
  2. Mix lemon juice, sugar and iced water together. Stir until sugar dissolved.
  3. Spinkle with lemon zest. Serve.
