Gyuu Udon

Ingredients:

200g Udon
80g beef slices,
small amount of spinach
small amount of Dashi water

Udon sauce

18ml Japaneses light soya sauce
18ml Mirin

Method:
  1. Blanch the noodles in boiling water for 1 minute and remove from heat.
  2. Blanch the beef slices and spinach.
  3. Boil the Udon sauce and Dashi water, add in the noodles.
  4. Add in the beef and spinach, stir for a moment.
  5. Remove from heat, dish out and serve.
