German Potato Soup


4 cups potatoes peeled and diced
2 1/2 quarts chicken broth
1 cup thin noodles, cooked and drained
1/4 lb thick bacon diced
1 cup chopped onion
Salt and pepper

  • Fry bacon and onion, add chicken broth, add potatoes.
  • Cook until tender and then add noodles.
  • Simmer for 10minutes and serve.
