Steamed sprat fish with egg

Ingredients:

1 egg
38g sprat fish
pinch of carrot
1 cup water

Method:
  1. Peel and dice carrot. Parboil for a while.
  2. Parboil sprat fish for a while to remuve saltness.
  3. Beat egg. Put in a deep plate and add in sprat fish.
  4. Blend in 1 cup of boiled water and mix well. Steam for 5 minutes over mild heat. Sprinkle with carrot and serve.
