geoduck soup

Ingredients:

240g frozen geoduck
320g pork
450g carrots
1 thick slice ginger

Method:
  1. Wash deoduck.
  2. Wash pork, scale.Peel and wash carrots. Cut into pieces.
  3. Boil water, put in geoduck, pork carrots and ginger. Parboil over high heat for 10 minutes then turn to low heat and boil for 2 hours. Add salt. Serve.
