Beef shin with longan


40g astragulas hengel
10g dried longan
450g shin of beef
1 thick slice ginger

  1. Wash shin of beef.Scalog and cut into thick pieces.
  2. Put shin of beef, hengel, dried lingan and ginger slice into steaming pot. Add water until 70% full. Boil for 3 hours. Season with salt.Serve.
