Carrot soup

Ingredients:

1/2 carrot
75g Chinese pasley
4 cups water
2 tsps oil

Seasoning:

1 tsp salt

Method:
  1. Skin and wash carrot. Cut.
  2. Wash and cut Chinese parsley.
  3. Cook carrot in water with oil added for 20 minutes.
  4. Add Chinese parsley and cook for 5 minutes, finish with seasoning. Serve.
