Kiwi fruit with cherry pudding


Ingredients:

4 kiwi fruit
8 tbsp cornflour
1 cup fresh milk
1cup sugar
2 eggs


Method:
  1. Skin and dice kiwi fruit.
  2. Work 1/2 cup of water into cornflour. Blend well and bring 1 cup of water to boil with sugar, milk and cornflour solution over low heat. Keep stirring in one direction.
  3. Beat eggs and add in the mixture. Stir well, remove from heat, then add in the kiwi fruit.
  4. Chill until set.
