Egg Tarts


225g flour
150g melted butter
75g icing sugar
1 egg

Filling ingredients:

75g sugar
150g boiled water
3 eggs
1/2 cup evaporated milk

  1. Mix flour, butter and icing sugar together. Fold in eggs and knead into a soft and smooth dough. Press into cake moulds and set aside.

  2. Make fillings, boiled water into sugar, stir until dissolved. Allow to cool.

  3. Beat eggs. Stir with evaporated milk, mix well and pour into cake moulds.

  4. Peheat oven for 15 min. Serve.
