Roasted Pork


3- 4 pound pork roast
1/4 c soy sauce
1/4 c orange marmalade or apricot preserves
1 T catsup
1 garlic clove (or more)- crushed


  1. Combine soy sauce, marmalade, catsup and garlic. Brush all over the roast. Place in a crockpot and pour remaining sauce over all. Cover and cook on LOW all day, at least 10 hours.
