Pork with Garlic Puree


600g lean pork
2 sprigs Chinese parsley, finely chopped (optional)
2 slices ginger


2 tsps garlic, grated
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp ligh soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp granulated sugar

  1. In the inner pot heat 4 cups of water and bring to boil. Put in ginger and lean pork, cook for 20 minutes.
  2. Transfer the inner pot to the outer one and cook for 1 hour. Take out the lean pork, finely slice when cooled and arranged on plate.
  3. Combine all the seasoning ingredients.
  4. Pour the seasoning on top and sprinkle Chinese parsley (optional)
