Pandan Waffle

Starter ingredients:

50g sifted plain flour
70ml water
1/4 tsp dry yeast

Batter ingredients:

100g sifted plain flour
2 tsp sifted rice flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
80ml water
2 tsp fresh milk
50ml coconut milk

Sesoning ingredients:

2 tsp sugar
1/3 tsp salt
2 tsp pandan juice

Method:
  1. Starter: Mix all starter ingredients and set aside for 1 hour to proof.
  2. Batter: Combine all batter ingredients and seasoning, mix until smooth. Add starter, mix well and set aside for 30 mins.
  3. Heat waffle mould and brush with oil. Pour in 1 tbsp batter, evenly spread into a pancake maker, close and heat till golden brown. Remove waffle and spread on som jam of your choice.
