Sausage Cheese Balls

Ingredients:

2 pkgs. sausage
16 oz. (or 4 cups) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1-1/2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Method:
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Form into 1-inch balls. Bake 15 minutes on ungreased baking sheet until golden brown. Makes about 6 dozen.
