Cheese Bread Sticks


10 oz refrigerated pizza crust dough
1 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
1/2 oz grated Romano or Parmesan cheese

  • Preheat oven to 425~F. Lightly grease cookie sheet. On lightly floured surface, roll out dough to 1/8-inch thickness (about 12 by 8 inch rectangle). Spread with butter/margarine. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Cut into 32 sticks (6 by 1/2 inch) Place on prepared cookie sheet.
  • Bake 7 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm with Marinara sauce for dipping.
