Carrot Soup

Ingredients:

1/2 carrot
75g Chinese pasley
4 cups water
2 tsps oil

Seasoning:

1 tsp salt

Method:
  • Skin and wash carrot. Cut.
  • Wash and cut Chinese parsley.
  • Cook carrot in water with oil added for 20 minutes.
  • Add Chinese parsley and cook for 5 minutes, finish with seasoning. Serve.
