Steamed egg with shrimp sauce

Ingredients:

2eggs
2 tbsp shrimp sauce
50g minced pork
4 tbsp water
pinch of pepper

Method:
  • Beat eggs and blend in with the rest of the ingredients. Pour onto a steaming plate.
  • Cover the plate with aluminum foil and seal tightly (with shiny surface facing up).
  • Bring water in a steamer to boil before placing in the steaming plate. Steam for 8 minutes and serve.
