Ingredients:
Starter
50g sifted plain flour
70ml water
1/4tsp dry yeast
Batter
100g sifted plain flour
2tsp sifted rice flour
1/4tsp baking powder
2 eggs
80ml water
2 tsp fresh milk
50ml coconut milk
Seasoning
2tsp sugar
1/3tsp salt
2 tsp pandan juice
Method:
- Starter: Mix all Starter ingredients and set aside for 1 hour to proof.
- Batter: Combine all Batter ingredients and Seasoning. Mix till smooth. Add Starter, mix well and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Heat waffle mould and brush with oil. Pour in 1 tbsp batter, evenly spread into a pancake, close and heat till golden brown. Spread on some jam.
