Papaya milk soup


450g papaya
1 cup fresh milk
1/2 cup coconut juice
150g sugar
3 tbsp cornflour

  1. Remove seeds and skin from papaya. Cut into dices.
  2. Bring 2 cups of water and sugar to boil. Put in papaya, milk and sugar to the coconut juice. Boil over low heat.
  3. Mix cornflour with 2 oz of water and gradually add in milk soup. Cook until thickens. Serve.
