SNICKERDOODLE COFFEE CAKE

Ingredients A:

1 1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. milk (skim)
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Topping Ingredients:

3/4 c. melted butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Method:
  1. Mix all above ingredients A and put in greased 8 x 13 inch.
  2. Combine topping ingredients and pour over cake batter. Bake 30-35 minutes at 325 degrees. Eat warm or cold.
