Soft pretzles


1 envelope dry Yeast
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 Tblsp sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 cups flour
1 egg (beaten)coarse salt

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F(220°C)In bowl dissolve yeast into warm water, Add sugar, salt and flour. Blend.Turn dough onto floured board, knead til smooth.
  2. Cut off small pieces dough, roll into ropes and twist.lay on lightly greased cookie sheet, brush with beaten egg, sprinkle salton,
  3. Bake for 12-15 min.
