Smoked Salmon Bagel with Cream Cheese

65g smoked salmon

Cream Cheese Rosette:

75g cream cheese
15ml double cream
5g tinned anchovies
10g chopped chives


5g dill
15g mixed greens
2 toasted bagels
1 tbsp salmon roe
35g ready made pickled vegetables

  1. Whisk the ingredients for the cream cheese rosette together.
  2. Spoon the cream cheese into a piping bag. Pipe the cream cheese into a rosette shape on each bagel.
  3. Fold the smoked salmon like a rose and place on bagel. Garnish and serve.
