Grilled Asparagus


Fresh asparagus with a little oil, salt and pepper cooked quickly over high heat on the grill.
2 pound fresh asparagus
2 tablespoon olive oil salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.
  2. Trim bottoms of asparagus. Lightly coat the spears with the oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Grill over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes, or to desired tenderness.

great recipe, try this asparagus dish!

* 4-6 boiled eggs
* 6 -8 Potatoes meduim
* 1 bunch Asparagus or 1 Can if prefered
* 1 can Asparagus Soup
* 1/2 cup Tasty Cheese

Boil eggs, Pre cook potatoes for 15 min
Pre heat oven at 200*
Place eggs.asparagus & potatoes into a casserole dish
Add can of Asparagus soup
Sprinkle tasty cheese over the top
Place in Oven for 45 min or until cooked
