Beijing Dumpling

Make 8 dumplings


120g minced pork
80g Chinese celery
8 pieces dumpling skin
slat and pepper to taste

  1. Mix minced pork with Chinese celery and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Divide the ingredients into eight equal parts and then wrap them with the dumpling skins.
  3. Bring water to boil and add in the stuffed dumplings.
  4. Boil dumplings for 10 mins till cooked
  5. Serve with ginger and vinegar.
